In order for the fuel to come out of that injector feed the metering head plate must be depressed.
Try that then get back with the results.
While your there check to see if the intake from the metering head to the turbo hasnt collapsed or popped off or even splits as this may not draw the plate down enough to open the fuel line.
Also the injectors crack open at a certain pressure,if the pressures down(due to a lazy pump) they wont open hence no fuel.
