Yeah i know its old and needs binning but ah well!

How much Xflow stuff can i use on this engine with regard to parts etc?

Can;t seem to find anywhere that i can get a new camshaft and followers for a 1300 HCS but can find the xflow ones, as the HCS was based on it are the two remotely similar when it comes to parts like that?
