Just been down town to get the customry Mcdonalds breakfast (mmmm bagels) and i saw 2 blokes who work for the coucil picking up those troughs that have flowers in them to make the town look nice.

They were scattered everywhere, all the flowers ripped out, dirt in the road etc etc

There's always someone who has to spoil it for everyone else....I hope the little twat is caught on CCTV and gets fined through the teeth for it.
