they ask for me or anyone in the house, i tell em "won't be a min, just going to get them" and then put the phone on loud speeker and press the prvacy button (you can hear them, but they cant hear you) - its very good listening to them talking to themselves.


OR if you have the facilities, put them on hold and play christmas music to them
