Sweet, sounds promising

What i'll do is get the engine out the boot first, i only got it last night see. I'll then have to source an inlet, have a mess around with it with my old friend 'A. Grinder' and check clearances.

If i make a balsawood/cardboard model of exactly how i want it, would you be able to work from that? It will be some good quality model, all measurements how i want them, and it will be able to get dismantled so you can make the plates up and weld them together.

I'm not fussed about how it looks, as long as its functional and has a bit of a shine and clean edges to it

Cheers for your help, was a bit lost for anyone who does this sort of stuff.

P.s The XE inlet is about 5mm thick ali, and the box thickness minimum is 3mm. Cheers
