pm sl a 5 year study to confirm that fitting a camera dont make a blackspot anymore safe


heres a sugestion, relay out the road to avoid it ebigna blackspot rather than fit a mini tv production company there

as for reducing crashes that confuses me as how can ya know how many crashes theres gonna be

ok 1 year a road as 11 crashes, but then ya stick up a camera and they stop, how is that based on the camera

what about the years before that when there was no crashes

also driver error does not mean its speed related, if i drive at 90mph and then take me eyes off the road to tune the radio or reach for a pack of sweeets and run somone over its not the speed that caused the crash,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, its werthers
