Depends greatly on the spec of the engine and the skill of the driver. It's not all about the engine you have to take into account suspension and brakes, A good setup is equal to 20bhp in the straights. You will be able to corner quicker and brake later which is advantagous.

Would think a genuine 200bhp XR2T would be quite a weapon
