You should have got an error code, I believe the ecu looks at engine conditions and decides the vehicle is moving if certain conditions are met, if no VSS signal is received it posts the error code.
I don't know if I got error code or not. No Ford dealership could comunicate with my car's ECU. I will try after changing ECU once more.
Nobody knows anything about those ECUs over here
