the difficult bit to buy is the exhaust manifold, but there are plenty of tubular ones available that could potentially be modded to take a turbo.
if i were to do that, i would use a cossie t3, and use marelli management. you can use the cossie bottom pulley for crank sensor, and the cossie dizzy for phase sensor and fit the whole loom and everything. the inlet manifold is std pinto injection. it just needs the right injectors adding, the right fuel pressure reg., and the right tps and MAP sensor. it will obviously need a cstom chip or better still live map as the flow characteristics of the engine will be different to a yb.
the intercooler is std 2wd by the looks of it.
the question is, is it really a proper yb bottom end, and with what pistons to make what compression ratio? it can be done using a std pinto bottom end with high compression, but you're limited to how much boost that you can run depending on the intercooler, fuel octane etc. it can also be done using the std pinto efi management if you add an ignition retarder for on boost. the air mass flow flap will cope with a certain amount of extra air flow from the blower.
