Dont know what sites you've been going to but any decent Bit Torrent forum where you register is 100% free of spyware & other harmful junk as you put it. I'm Admin on my own site and a moderator on 2 other torrent sites and they're totally clean and so is all the other torrent sites I'm know on.

Any reputable BT site you wont find by searching for on google. You just havent been looking in the right places
