Dont make the mistake of believing those parts can handle that power for more than a couple of minutes though.

I know of a guy drag racing a Vauxhall C20LET engine with well over 600bhp (nearer 700 in fact) and he is using standard rods.
The standard rods are only any good for about 350 reliabley, but he changes them so often (after a couple of mins running) that it doesnt become an issue.

Could well be the same here.
