Sorry, very techie.....
I will be using a high power 6 phase direct drive stepper motor.
This will be controlled with high frequency PWM of about 5khz and phase shifted
voltage sequencing on the individual coils to provide a microstepping feature.
The result is a high torque drive with extreme accuracy.
Will also include a return spring so if the motor fails, it returns to fully shut position for safety.
The whole module will have its own on board microcontroller and linked to the ecu using a high speed CAN bus interface.
The original TPS ecu input will accept the new throttle pedal position sensor
Have yet to suss out how to do this.
Dont know how you would do this on a T6 or even know if its capable.
