sprry but inflation payrises dont count imo

if ya gopnna pay the new staff the same as the staff that have been there 10 years then its not a payrise as such

think payrise should be for length of serivce aswell as inflation imo

when i was at halfords i hated the big deal they mentioned and they way the overcomented about there new 3% pay rise this year and how much per dar, per week, per month per year and why its posible and why they look after the staff ect

the thing people forget is the houses and travel aint going up by 3% a year so how the fook is that inflation

if ya house is worth 40% more in 2 years and the train fair has gone up by 40% in 5 years then im sorry but its not inflation

i once got told to work out the cost of living in other countys ya look at 5 things, cost of trains/travel, cost of a can of coke, cost of a hamburger , cost of rent/house prices and cost of a pair of levis 501's these are things available all over and then tell ya what a pounds woth

surly that system could be addapted into cost of living

what rent/tax/travel/clothes cost and then see what the cost of living is based on the area !!!!

how can people be expected to live on 10k a year in central london when the cheapest house is 90k then buses are 1.20 a stop and people average2 busses each way,

maybe i over analise and want to hate and pick holes or do i have a point
