depending on how I do at my 6 month appraisal goes towards my pay rise.
this last year saw me move into a sales role and then back to my old job and I got 88 for my troubles.
Since going back to my old role I have been asked to train the new starts as oposed to the seasoned drivers as well as being in the top 4 in terms of cash collected , calls done and volume delivered. sent a letter to them to tell them to ram their pay rise but was told that they couldn,t keep it.
PAY RISE MY ARSE!!
