I've got a few bits I'm after for my engine and I can't be doing with my local Ford dealer trying to find them on their computer so can anyone else help?

I'm after....

the small stud on the rear of an ERST head (in the middle)
inlet nuts
exhaust nuts
exhaust washers
1.8 zetec sump gasket

any numbers much appreciated
