You need good oil. That is first thing. There may be shit 10W60 and very good 10W50.


If I wereto reccomend something it would be Castrol TWS 10W 60 (the BMW one not RS 10W60) or Motul 300V series - either Chrono 10W40 or Competition 15W50 (I'm channging to that) or if you use it in competition situations LE Mans 20W60
