But my point in this thread is about the yob culture...i don't think anyone can deny it, its so evident when you go out (no matter how nice the area). Kids walking down the road with beer in hand, hoodies hiding face, smashing stuff up, tipping bins over, graffiti, abuse, intimidation etc etc
mate ya stick em in a t-shirt there still gonna have the beer and the rest
just they will blend in and not appear a problem anymore as ya cant see em
its the kids thats the problem so why dont they concentrait on that issue
next they will solve the problem by issuing all people with reg plates and fining the guilty ones
