Been to my mams to do this as she's just bought new stuff but I'm missing something as I cant get them working properly together.......

How do you connect them using Scarts and RF cables??

I connected them up as the Video book said and the decoder didn't work so I connected them up as the Decoder said and you cant get the Video to work!!!

This is how I've done it and it aint working!!!!

*aerial into decoder (freeview)
*RF cable out of decoder into Video
*RF cable out of Video into TV
*Scart out of decoder into Video
*Scart out of decoder into TV

*Scart out of DVD straight into TV (TV only has 2 Scart sockets)

god damn technology!!!!
