Doug, NOT having a go but the above statment is very fishy !!!!
I know Phils car is quick but if interpro told him that torque could not be measured then that is a complete untruth !!!
Dynos/rolling roads do NOT and CANNOT measure BHP.
It is back calculated from TORQUE and RPM only.
With out either measured the BHP cannot be shown.
If a Dyno/rolling road could not measure torque then it CANNOT calculate BHP.
