A friend of mine had a 2 quit smoking sessions (£125 a go!! ) and it worked but I think it relies a lot on wanting to do what is suggested.

I've been hauled up on stage twice and both times been told to sit down again because it didn't work....think a lot of it is pants myself!! HTH!!!
