Feel lucky, i had a similar problem only the young dentist decided to keep going, SPLIT my gumb open and made such a mess that the head dentist had to come stitch me up.

I knew things had gone tits when

1.) the dentist asked the assistant to fetch the head dentist with a worried look on his face
2.) the assistants were all fussing round me asking if i was ok with a horrified look on their faces
3.) the head dentist took one look at me, pulled a face like he was going to explode in rage and told the assistant to tell my dentist to wait in his office.

After all that i wanted to get the fook outta there but the rest if my teeth had been cut ready for filling so had to edure another hour of filling.

On the up side, the dentist did let me have as many injections as i wanted, just tap my hand and he would give me some more so couldn't feel a thing.

Looking back I really should had took them to court as it was a defo win case.
