Doug, best thing you can do is write the figures down every 250rpm, if thats possible?
Then ill quote the torque back to you, or a clever bloke like yourself can work it out easily using the following formula:
Torque = (BHP / RPM) * 5252
Then you can draw the torque curve
Excel is your friend here of course, put rpm in one column, then BHP and that formula for the third column
