IMO FWD vans are shit....avoid.

If you are looking for vans around 1999/2000 then go for a 311CDI.

The Sprinters don't drive as nice as the Transits but the early new shape Transits had a few problems. Saying that, they should all be ironed out by now.

Both the Sprinter and the Transit have their own set of problem areas. Sprinter doors fall off/apart for example and the FWD Transits suffer with water pumps.

Just got my new Transit ordered. 135bhp, air con, leccy windows and mirrors. Rear wheel drive of course.
