I assumed this would be the case, or was hoping, I fitted a new thermo gasket last night and I think that somehow this must have bent the plug and the blue fan sensor that plugs into the brown sensor on the stat housing was hanging off at the stat side

I assumed I would loose coolant, that is not a problem, gotta be quick over the last two days of flushing the cooling system I have had to refill it 3 times lol
