the best cvh springs to buy see david baker at www.pumaracing.co.uk thats what i am using they are his own system he has made due to the problems with the cvh valve springs going coil bound u wont get any valve bounce with the turbo rev range tested to 8000rpm...... for cams see newman cams excellent quality and will out last kent and piper cams, piper quality are not too bad but kent i'll never buy one again
