well i heard you can use 1.8 zetec bottom end and fit a rs turbo head without changing to low compresion pistons? not sure if this is right?

also is this the cheapest way to do it? without changing the complete engine?

i really want a turbo, like the dump valve sound, any way to make it work without actully modding the engine? even just for the sound? i know it sounds stupied but thought id ask being very new to this.
