Steve, its more than 10bhp per lb (10.5 is far closer in most cases and sometimes as much as 11bhp if you have enough ignition advance and a decent quality fuel), so 700bhp from 65lbs is perfectly realistic, but also you should know that all those quoted figures for flow are fairly easy to exceed on most turbos, they tend to be very conservative.
