I think they are pretty good for the Mk4 escort, because the linkage is complete shite anyway!

I makes the gears seem v. close when changing, when I drive an escort with a std linkage it feels awful, they're just miles away from each other.

I will say it takes a bit of getting used to!
Only other downside is I ended up with a massive vibration after installing it, had to pad it out with rubber!
