have checked the leads and plugs and there is a nice strong spark on all 4 cylinder leads

right, theres petrol, and spark but it wont start

is it possible it couldhave too much fuel. i noticed when turning it over to check the spark, there was a hissing noise from no 2 cylinder and fuel bubbling around the plug edge (plug wasnt done up fully

would a car not start if it was over fuelling too much?

what next?
