It fucking hurts like a bastard in the cold weather...took me a while to get back in the saddle again but i'm now doing lots of miles on my lovely new Santa Cruz Heckler...fox pro pedal rear shock, zocchi All Mountain 2's, hope hubs/mono mini's SRAM rocket shifters ( with shimano 2:1 cable pull ) and XT cranks/mechs, finished with EA50/DMR/Mavic bits. It eases my pain no end
ps. To ease fade on discs try the sintered bronze pads
