AA Routeplanner kicks arse if you're tight like me and don't have GPS, you can get a door to door route with town name or postcode [personally never been lost with it ] and it tells you total journey time and the time of each little section [if you wanna stop somewhere and get pies]

Gives you options for route too, like a towing route or one avoiding motorways
