I don't even think you'll be able to torque a stainless bolt up to the factory settings on the rear beam..

Personally things like are not worth risking, if you launch it and a bolt gives way, or you hit a pot hole and a swingarm falls off - not worth thinking about!

Perhaps you can chrome dip the standard bolts (well the heads anyway??)
