What you need to do, is zip / compress the file, either with Windows Xp's file compression tool, or Winzip, or Win RAR, then once the transfer has completed, go into my received files, right click on it, then left click properties, and click the unblock tab, but for the lord almighty's sake run 2 or more virus scanners on it just to be safe
