A receptionist who was supposed to start at 1am this morning threw a sickie at 10 to 1, not the first time its happened, so i had to cover reception until 6am when the morning receptionist came in an hour early.
This is the 9th time in 3 weeks this has happened so i made the decision that we get rid of her as she is unreliable. That was the icing on a very thin cake

Recently we lost an account due to being undercut, as i deal with the account work that was deemed as my fault.

It is a taxi company, the drivers are all self employed therefore i cannot undercut to the depths where the drivers suffer as the way i see it they have bills to pay and would only get earache if account work was going out too cheap, Catch 22.

The partner has been in the business alot longer than me, therefore should know more than me, but has also brought in friends and family to work, who in his eyes can do no wrong, something which is at times blatently incorrect.
