i use the PRO-S and can honestly say it is excellent.my car runs about 230bhp and gets used very little with sometimes a couple of weeks passing before being used again. on these occasions i would always get rattle from the top end, be it followers , rockers or whatever, but since switching to PRO-S i get no rattle at all. i recently took the car off the road for about 5 weeks and when i started it up it was rattle free i have also noticed slightly cooler running temps. also before with the old oil if the car was driven really hard it would always sound like it had been driven hard when you stopped ( if you know what i mean, the engine was slightly louder and more rattly ) but now it just sounds smooth and spot on.
