It's a 5w-40 or 10w-50.

The 10w-50 is the same thickness as M1 at 100degC but has better cold start protection when you turn the key. This is important as 80% of the engine wear occurs on start-up.

Depending on oil temps, you may be better using the 5w-40 as this if perfectly fine up to 120degC.
