If anyone can help, have a Mark1 Escort on an 'L' registration. It's missed out on tax exemption by 3 months, UNLESS it was built 3 months earlier but was not registered. Our chassis number shows the letters MS***** regarding build date.

Does anyone know where i can find out the build date from those two letters ? Crate of Stella for the winner
