Well you see Stu and pet and the other mods get together in the citadel of MSD, lock all the doors, turn off their phones, put up anti spy devices and then sit and vote on who have said they would like to be a mod.

If the votes dont produce any new mods stu puts his cossie on the roof, cranks up the fueling so everyeone can see the black smoke comming out of it.

Then they vote again untill they reach a decision.

Then Stu puts a cossie with a fooked turbo on the roof and runs it untill white smoke comes out so everyone knows the new mods have been chosen.

And thats it
