whats the performance like between the two standard motors? any pros cons of each?

i was thinking of keeping it standard but then i know i would probably want about 300bhp maybe a little more if possible. enough to whoop some `jap scrap scoobys`

what power would stage 1 and stage 3 give on a small turbo and a large turbo approx?

sorry for questions i am just trying to work out what i want...
