ok cool.

the zetec pulleys dont have any locators on them for the cam so yes all i have to do is loosen the cam bolt and physically rotate the cam/s.

if i were to fit a gasket over 3mm what would i need to do to the timing to keep it in check?

im thinking of ringing up Spesso and seeing if they cant make me a one off gasket once i figure out just what size i need.

do you think i could run a T2 on low boost with a piggyback ECU (apexi safc-2) and ofcourse a thicker gasket, also what would be a good (and safe) gasket thickness to use? really dont like the thought of firing her up with the T2 installed and it going pop before i get down the street.

also a m8 breaking his zetec-s and has high lift piper or kent cams, would these be of any use to me?
