Doug, it all depends on the crack depth, as if you liner the block but the liner isnt as deep as the crack then there is still a really bad weakness in the block that will spread further potentially.

Personally i would say the cost makes it not worth it unless you have free access to do the machining.

New 200 blocks are only half a grand or so anyway.


When people like mountune use liners, they do so on good blocks, not to repair old ones i suspect.
