Actaully people are more like to vote against, thats real human nature.
When someone likes a company they mention them a few times to their mates, when someone feels ripped off by a company thy go on and on about it for ages, so these sorts of polls always skew AGAINST the recipient.

Plus the vote isnt really 65% at all is it?
Because 20% of the votes were in the second yes option (with rainbird mentioned in it) so its more like 80% of the votes are yes votes really, and i suspect halfof those are probably the mods all backing each other up anyway.

Mr Manchester claims to have banned in the first place based on a comment about rape, that comment though according to the posts people have made in here was several months old, was direted specifically at one member who took it in humour because they knew the person making the comment and offended no one at the time.
Mike is often telling IMA that is he is going to butt fuck him, well guess what, men DO get raped too, and find it just as much of a trauma, so he is equally at fault too, and the same goes for dozens of other regular members, who could all be offending male rape victims with their comments.

Complete and total farse the whole thing, Mr Manchester took a comment totally out of context, blew it all out of proportion, banned a user based on it and then lied about it afterwards when he said that no apology would have been given if it wasnt for the ban when the reality of the situation is that he knew full well an apology was given because he said he read the whole 6 page thread and the apology was in there made many hours earlier, he lied about it cause he could see that he needed to try and sway the opinion of the people he should have been representing in the first place, most of whom enjoy that sort of humour, no doubt mr manchester thinks every comedian in the world should be locked up cause they ALL offend someone somewhere along the lines.

Its a complete case of the mods all now just closing ranks and carrying on with the same action just for the sake of looking united, even though this poll shows that they are united against 80% of people who have expressed an opinion on the matter. (including the ones that one of the mods deleted the votes for)


This debate shouldnt even exist, a mod should have sent a warning saying the comments shold be stopped, thats the only action that any mod needed to do, but Mr Manchester went straight for a ban instead for reasons only known to him and his shrink.
