PLEASE READ THIS FIRST

There are 2 points for which people want chip banned:

1. The harsh remarks made to the newbie, EMZ

- I think 99.99% of people agree they were over the line, especially given the age of the girl and the fact she was a newbie.

- When Chip realised he had done wrong and she was offended he apologised (before he was told by any MOD he was in the wrong)

-Emz has accepted his apology and stated herself she wants him to be given a second chance.

-Chip has said he is deeply sorry and it will not happen again.

2. The Rape comment.

-He made a comment that was disgusting to SOME, especially those who dont know the history behind it...

-This comment was made about a memeber who chip knows very well and who finds it funny and obviously not offended by it.

- As I said on the other thread, this is the same (to some extent) as me saying to Smit I am going to gouge your eyes out and skull fuck you at national day.

the reason it is the same is Smit would nto find it offensive as he knows I am joking and not be offended by it and other people who knew I know smit and would be joking would ALSO find it funny.

I would not be banned for doing the above.......

Chip was given no prior warning by a MOD before he was banned.
