I know he was given a 2nd chance, but end of the day what ever happened before it he was banned in the end.

Personally speaking I think you should still be banned, and more importantly fucking ashamed at yourself for making such hurtful comments, whether they were meant to be a joke or not.
I dont care a fuck about what you say about it being a joke. If you are (and you say you are) aware that others often take you out of context then its maybe time for you to take a good look at what you say to people.
You wouldnt of said that to her face if you met her so dont say it on here either.
