Well you can sell the uni-chip to anyone..!! I was looking at one for mine... Are they the same unit for all Ford EEC ECU's..?? Cuz that would broaden it saleabilty to peeps like me... (not that I can afford it.. )

The ECU will be harder to shift, i would think, as it's only gonna appeal to a modder (2L zetec in a Mk1 fezzy kinda thing), or someone who's ECU has died...
