Brake pipes are easy.

Obviously you have removed the carpets etc?

Then from the ABS block remove the two pipes that feed the rear brakes, drill a hole in the bulkhead, fit a srecial 'bulkhead fitting' and pipe onto it and through the car the other side. When you come to going back out of the car use the same type of fittings.

Should be available from any decent rally car shop or Rally Designs.

They should be able to help you with the fuel lines too using a similar method I assume.
