DCOE/DHLA type carbs for turbo use are quite specialised, they need to be effectively sealed so there's no leak to atmosphere under boost conditions, and so that the float chamber gets pressurised to the same degree as the inlet plenum to ensure consistent fuelling.
The only carbs of this type I can think of immediately is from an early Lotus Esprit, they are sidedraught, but not sure if they will be Weber or Dellorto, could easily be either.
