HI,
CHECK 1st with the black wire + at the coil removed and with the ignition on
you should have battery voltage if not check the wire at the ignition switch is sound, if you have volts then trace the green wire to make sure it has no breaks any where, if this is ok then check any earths you can see, there is some on the inner wing towards the front of the car plus some at the wiper motor.and as above
battery contacts and ecu plugs,as you have tried coil, and dizzy, maybe ecu silver one.
