stage 1 : 6-8Nm
stage 2 : 8-11Nm
stage 3 : 8-11Nm

Dont think this is for cvh matey. cvh uses single piece gasket.
also be sure to keep an eye on the gearbox side of the sump as it is usally the one that slips out of its groove.
