i got a new one, its an alarm chronograph with a stop watch to 1/5 second, dual time and split time.

problem i got is i chucked the manual by mistake and not got a clue what does what.

i assume that most Seiko watches will use the same buttons to do the same things. anyone know what the topand the bottom buttons do?
